“Release the Beast” is not just a concept; it’s the culmination of my more than two decades of expertise in the fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching arena. As a certified personal trainer and coach in health, mindset, and nutrition, I’ve left a lasting impact on the industry, consistently elevating my knowledge and performance. I don’t just talk the talk—I walk the walk, embodying my commitment to a holistic approach.
My professional journey has been diverse, marked by notable achievements such as representing the New Zealand development squad for Hockey, earning the prestigious New Zealand Snowsports Instructor of the Year award as the first snowboard instructor, coaching high-level snowboarders for five years of consecutive winters, and even living and working on a superyacht as a chef stewardess, traveling from Hong Kong to Australia.
My resilience and versatility shine through these experiences, which also include launching the first boot camps in New Zealand, securing the runner-up position on New Zealand’s first MasterChef, and managing a busy gym for six years while raising three young children.
Throughout my career, I’ve encountered numerous mindset challenges, overcoming them with tools that enhance my daily performance. Currently, my clientele spans a broad spectrum, catering to everyday athletes seeking more from life, high-performance individuals in sports, and business professionals through one-on-one and group coaching.
